Every reading is scrutinised against the record, point by point.Where the evidence and the structure agree, the reading stands; where they disagree, the point is flagged for review rather than quietly smoothed over. Nothing passes unexamined.

The limitations, published. The algorithmic second-rater agreement of 0.605 is reported as internal consistency, not independent replication; the remediation path is a multi-rater blinded study. Leave-one-out analysis is labelled a stability measure, not out-of-sample validation. Associations are reported as associations, not proven causation. Prospective second-issue results are held until their own verification completes.
Every diagnosis ships with its falsification conditions: the specific observations that would prove it wrong, stated before the work begins. Predictions are tracked in the open, confirmed or falsified, on the record. That is the difference between a methodology and a science.
A science must be able to be proven wrong, and must look for it.The reading actively sweeps its own record for where its model and the evidence disagree, and surfaces the point rather than hiding it. A theory that cannot fail is not a science. Falsifiable by design.
